Alex Chow is a dedicated activist and a doctoral student in Geography at the University of California, Berkeley. Renowned for his tireless efforts to promote democracy and human rights in Hong Kong, he served as a former secretary-general of the Hong Kong Federation of Students and as a former Vice-President of the Hong Kong University Students' Union.
